This set is all about rocks! This set is for primary students in first grade, second grade, and third grade. It includes 41 task cards where the students will review the names of rocks, sort rocks, review some different uses or rocks, and review the different properties of rocks.

This set of cards is set up as an activity board. There are 6 parts to the activity: learn, sort, click the…, rock uses, rock matching, and what's the name? There are slides where the students will learn about the rock cycle and the names of the 3 types of rocks. Another part of the activity is sorting rocks according to size, luster, color, and texture. Students will also have the opportunity to match rocks with the same properties. They will also have the opportunity to see different types of rocks and based on the description decide if it is igneous, sedimentary, or metamorphic! There are so many activities that your students will LOVE!
